Our facility prides itself on our experienced therapists, personalized approach, and a comfortable setting for our patients. At JVS, your rehab program is individualized and consistent. Our therapists use proven techniques and continually update their knowledge through continuing education courses.

JVS was founded in 1994 as a Medicare certified outpatient rehabilitation facility by Janice Sallitt, PT. Janice has been a practicing Physical Therapist for over 26 years. Our staff of therapists have experience totaling over 125 years!
